"I would just like to send you a massive thank you for selling our house.
We have tried a couple of times to sell our house unsuccessfully , other agents had always had an excuse, ie not right time to sell, position etc etc. As it was being rented we were told it was too high priced home to sell as a rental property.
Well, on the 19th April I had a young man from your RE Jesse contact me to ask if i was interested in selling our home. I told him it’s currently rented till March 25.  Jesse suggested we sell Off Market.  I had never even heard of this and of course Jesse quite patiently explained. After a couple of days and my husband and I had  discussed details, Jesse called us back, we told him to go ahead.
Jesse kept us up to date with every thing relating to the property. Within the first week we had our 1st offer. Unfortunately it was unsuccessful. This did not  deter Jesse one single bit. He continued on putting our home out there to interested investors, whilst not inconveniencing our tenants at all.
For the next 3 weeks Jesse contacted me on a regular basis regarding the house, and the on the 23 May he called with another offer, to which we agreed.
The sale has recently settled and we are very happy, planning for our retirement.
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Jesse Parkin, whom I hadn’t even met until recently. He has conducted himself in an exemplary way, always was happy to take my calls and for keeping us up to date with all details .
